For quick treatment of an injury use ice immediately to reduce swelling and help for faster healing. If the injury becomes swollen or sensative to the touch(sign of a bone fracture) go to an emergancy room. Encurage Yourself to stretch and warm up before a practice or game. Also to remember to were protective gear and equipment. You should never be tought to play wile in pain.
